Do NOT purchase your pet from this store! Our Vet told us the puppy would need hospitalization and would possibly have long term health problems. I called The Pet Zone on numerous occasions - but no one calls you back. The store personnel tells you that the 'regional manager' will speak with you - but you never hear from them. This store has no business being in the pet business. They are abusive to their customers and their pets! What should have brought us great joy - has given us nothing be heartache! I do not know how this place is still in business. Today my daughter awoke to find her Bunny, purchased 2 weeks ago from ur store dead When she called the store she was told by courtney, come in we'll give u ur money back Um really!! I then called and spoke to manager amber who said no refunds, store credit or another bunny, wtf? I asked to speak to a higher up, she said they wont call u back, u have to deal with me, I said well I'm holding my daughters dead bunny rabbit what do I do?
