Quest Parnell Hotel did not disappoint right from the start. Exceptional customer service and the location although not right in the city was a bus trip away. It was in a quiet location which is great for light sleepers like me! Fantastic stay and a great place to use as a base. No street noise and spacious apartments. I stayed one night in Auckland, I have stayed at other places but this was the best and it was good value for money the strong pound helped. Although I didn't use the restaurant, it is convenient and the 24 hour room service is a good feature.
