The App gives me the ability to choose my parking choices by cost to closest to my destination. This includes free parking. I would like a bit more attention to the free of charge. We reserved and got there as quickly when we could. We were so bummed. After some time we managed to find a spot on the street and parked there despite the fact that we had both our mountain bikes and various other items exposed and were very nervous about being robbed. I emailed parkopedia that evening asking for a refund and to change the posting for that parking garage. They responded after 2 days, demanding a receipt for where I had parked instead.
