A Private User. I tried to by a cannondale mountain bike from them, they said they would have it ready in 5 days, I paid for the bike in full, and two weeks later I still didnt have my bike. The originally told me in was in it was a special order, and that would take only 5 days to ship and assemble, but when I called two weeks later the manager tells me that it was going to take a month. So I kept calling all day long, and then the manager finally says, "If you still want the bike you can come pick it up today. I told the manager I only bought the bike there for the free lifetime service they offer, and If this was the kind of service they offered I was not interested in a lifetime of it.
