The course only has par 3s. Many are the same length. The course was in very good condition, considering it is a public course, played by a wide range of players. The pace of play is a bit longer than was expected for a short course. My wife and I have played here three years in a row as a warm up round and enjoyed it every time. Very short, but good, small greens.

We played early in the morning and the conditions and the condition of the course were both perfect. For a beginner or someone who wants to work on their short game, it was excellent. Good value, course condition was very good except a couple of tee boxes need some TLC. Twosome in front of us was clueless so we barely made Overall enjoyed the course and will play there again.
