I recently came into possession of a reasonably-complete copy of the Oxyrex game files! Even though it's not fully up to date, it should help majorly with filling in the last few missing tanks. The download is here if you want to peruse it, but you will need some coding knowledge to be able to decode it. I've already downloaded it myself from this same link and I can verify it is safe unless it has some ultra hidden malware or something, but it would have had to sneak past two antiviruses and a file scan to exist. The fact that its the whole files of the game makes me wonder if it would be possible to revive oxyrex. Probably, but you would need a custom client and a powerful server. Most of the gameplay should work with the arras private server client but it would need some tweaking to get things like Chiller glow to show up.
