Evri posted a delivery delay on 5th Jan for an order that was due to be delivered by 11th Jan. When I contacted Optimalprint on 13th Jan their response was just "contact us again if you still haven't received it in days and we'll issue a reprint". If I had contacted them days earlier I would presumably have had that reprint issued by now. I understand companies can't control what Evri does but they need to either stop using Evri or be prepared to put things right when they inevitably go wrong. Cannot comment on the product quality etc as I haven't received it. I ordered some canvass, on Saturday Today we are in I have a track number and it's saying that no tracks yet. Delivery is very expensive and the items are not arriving on time. Horrible company.

Refunds seem impossible despite disappointing quality. I have spent days Rating 5 stars 2.
