One prominent question is whether or not Nolan Grayson, aka Omni-Man, is evil and a villain. Omni-Man is not really evil in Invincible Season 2. In fact, he has actually turned against the Viltrum Empire.
He is not buddies though with Silver Surfer or Thor, seeing as they're sort of opposing examples of what mankind could become if positivity and good cheer got its way.
Angstrom Levy was a man with the ability to travel to alternate realities who had a horrific accident with the technology that allowed him to do so. He blames Invincible for this and has since become a very serious recurring threat to him. Chronodile was a gigantic an immensely powerful humanoid crocodile whose mastery of time travel made him a formidable threat. He was killed by the alien entity that had formerly been the source of power for the comet twins. Dominex was an extremely powerful alien warrior who came to Earth to fight its greatest heroes…. Omni-Man is a Superman-like character in the Image Universe. Grand Regent Thragg is the leader of the Viltrumite Empire who was bred and trained from birth to be the absolute strongest and most skilled Viltrumite alive.

Omni-Man was the main antagonist of Invincible's first season. Although he spent the majority of the story as a caring albeit short-tempered father to Mark Grayson, his dark past eventually caught up with him, prompting him to embark on a massive killing spree.
