House Build. Absolutely the worst customer service. I would never use Olympia tile again. Other tile companies have nicer product and helpful staff. This company just wants your money and won't take responsibility for their error. Olympia Tile got our batch colour wrong, and they were very reluctant to help us. There were no more tiles of the colour we needed across Canada and when we went in to find a potential solution, the employee was not just unhelpful, he was impatient and condescending to us. They offered us '4 free tiles' that didn't even match the other design. Not only will we never use them again, we tell this story to everyone who comments on the wrong tile in our home.
