I dont put my real full name for a reason. You've failed to provide me any pictures of the item that you are claiming was returned, you say that you've disposed of the wrong item instead of sending it back, awfully convenient for the person making this claim don't you think? I reserve the right to not accept a defective item of course, but just to try and explain why some people such as myself get a much higher percentage of defective items. Until there is proof or Amazon bans me! Naturally I protested as would anyone in a similar situation, but it got to the point where Amazon shut down my account until I paid them. I wouldn't worry about it. It was a printing quality issue and the pages were literally falling out of the book.
