I did not receive a confirmation but my credit card was charged. When I went back into their website the item was in the cart and payment was asked for. I tried the phone number but the call went automatically to call failed. I tried calling the number multiple times and it always goes to call failed. I sent an email concerning the situation and asked for a reply and I said if no reply I was going to call my card company. I haven't gotten a response to my email. I will wait a couple more hours then cancel with my card company. Poor website, no active customer service. First and last time I will order from Oak and Luna. On line ordering was very difficult, I tried numerous times to place my order and it never accepted it. Companies are selected automatically by the algorithm.
