Personally, I think people spend way too much time on their phone arguing and boosting their online persona. It's all bloody petty.

No Will Sutton in the squad this afternoon, so Josh Lundstram returns to the starting line-up in what looks to be a formation. Andrew Dallas returns to the bench after injury. The amount of egos on this hashtag is absolutely unreal. Anyone else not have a Twitter account but have a read of this hashtag every now and then? Hurts my head and I'm pretty sure I end up losing brain cells. Quite toxic on there tonight. Me too. We arent winning games at the moment and we are losing and drawing to teams we have historically been above, fans are paying money getting up early to go to games at the other end of the country who start drinking at 7am and by 5pm getting angry and in some cases hysterical when we aren't seeing wins. The question we need to ask ourselves right now is are the club doing the right things right now. I think they are that's why I believe that the results will change and as a result the fans will change because ultimately fans react to results. I completely agree with that. However, I do think Twitter is significantly worse.

I see a certain Trust director has been reprimanded for his "views" recently which is probably the right thing to do, #oafc twitter.

Even simpler, get rid of the tit that posts the arsey tweets.. This way no individual appears to get any grief and the team gets the accolades or faces the disappointment together? It was the same last season though, and although Abdallah was the main target the players copped for it plenty of times, but there didn't seem to be so much condemnation of it then. Twitter is pretty toxic across the board, it's an awful platform. One of the most entertaining ones out there. The tag rant at a player by an OASF official is ill judged at best and brings said organisation into disrepute. I know I did and money for admin on playershare. Pity that ended the way it did, but that doesn't alter my opening post. There were hushed boo's at the end of the game for no more than secs, myself included. Personally, I think people spend way too much time on their phone arguing and boosting their online persona. It's nothing more than that for me, fair play to Tollitt though if you're gonna give it him don't get all offended if he gives you some back.

I don't know if a lot of people jumped off here to twitter but it doesn't seem as bad these days. Wardie Posted October 9, Start new topic. For my part more due to frustration at the perceived acceptance of the team, that we were happy for a point as opposed to any anger can't speak for others in attendance of course. We all want the same thing dont we?. Recommended Posts. It can't do the players any good, in fact it has the opposite effect. And it'll take a lot more than four games for Unsworth to turn this lot around. I've never boo'ed the players but I've sure cursed and grumbled after many a game. Prev 1 2 Next Page 2 of 2. We can't expect the ear of the owner if one of the trusts directors are going to abuse the clubs employees at the match and on twitter.
