Norwegian cruise pearl reviews
This was the cruise that topped them all We splurged and stayed in one of the most incredible cruise ship suites we've ever seen. What really attracted us to norwegian cruise pearl reviews particular suite was the fact that it had a huge balcony with a private Jacuzzi that we didn't have to share with anyone.
They usually only have one bartender working at each bar. This means long lines all the time! Maybe it's their way of making sure people don't get to drunk? Either way it's frustrating to purchase a drink package and wait 30 minutes anytime you want one. The restaurants are no better. I think they need more staff or better management.

Updated: Jan 26, This vacation was a stray from my more frequent Disney vacations with Tammy and the family but I was up for the challenge. My best friend Justin had introduced me to the Outlaw Country themed cruise on the Norwegian Pearl that he had experienced himself one year earlier. For a few months leading up to the cruise I would spend time tuning into Outlaw Country to familiarize myself with the genre that would fill four of my days in January. For more highlights from the Outlaw Country Cruise, see my trip report here. A beautiful ship, built in and refurbished in , with capacity for 2, passengers, this ship is the perfect size for a themed cruise. In comparison, the Pearl is similar to the Disney Wonder which entered service in , re-imagineered in , and has capacity for 2, passengers. Because it was a themed cruise with several artists and bands on board, The Indigo main dining room, was reserved for the musicians, and beautifully designed Le Bistro Restaurant was reserved for use by the Sixthman Production team, but there were plenty of other food options available. Breakfast offered plentiful options for passengers wanting to eat healthy with oatmeal, bagels, yogurt, and fruit; or for passengers who threw caution to the wind and wanted to enjoy vacation with omelet stations, sausage, crisp bacon, waffles, and even biscuits and gravy! We would always grab our plates and head aft to the Great Outdoors tables to eat on the back deck.

Most of the sailings that take place during "theme cruise season" -- most of February and early March before Spring Break -- take place on Norwegian Pearl. The size of the ship -- not too big, not too small, with plenty of bars and venues -- is what makes it great for these theme cruises. Outside these sailings, you'll find lots to do onboard. With a maximum capacity of 2, guests and a length of feet, this is not a small cruise ship. However, one of the things that struck us during our cruise is how easy and comfortable the flow is on Norwegian Pearl. There aren't many instances of "you can't get there from here," which is, of course, wonderful.
Overall it was a nice getaway. This was our 10th cruise since We have sailed princess, celebrity, royal, and one carnival. We wanted to try Norwegian. Slow service encouraged people to drink more as they would let them get bulk amounts of drinks. We felt Norwegian nickel and dimed for many things. The private island is nice but everything was way overpriced. Overall it was not a bad trip, but for us Norwegian is not our style. Room was nice and ship was well maintained. Read full review.

Are you cruising the Norwegian Pearl soon? This Norwegian Pearl review shows why this is one of our favorite ships thus far. The Norwegian Pearl is an older ship, recently refurbished in February It usually cruises in Alaska during the Spring and Summer, but this time of year, it positions elsewhere and can offer a variety of itineraries. When we cruise, we mainly cruise for the itinerary 1st and the ship 2nd, and this itinerary won us over. Total of 9 days, six ports, and only two sea days! The parents go to bed at 10 PM Balcony 3. But we really like buffet-style dining, so we didn't care what anyone would think But I suspect from the fact that the saunas are not co-ed, that you are probably free to use the sauna in the nude if you'd like to. Above the bed in our suite was a piece of artwork I found interesting. In , we were able to afford to fly to Miami for the first time and do a Caribbean cruise.

Any video that involved walking around and shooting with the camera in motion was shot with a DJI Osmo motion-stabilized video camera. I really see this 3-bedroom villa as almost a self-contained facility that I would rarely leave. It turns out that for the cruise after ours, the ship had been chartered for " Jam Cruise 15 " So, while Kellyn attends quilting classes during the sea days, I can run around and shoot waterslide videos for YouTube. For example, on a particularly windy day, or a rainy one. For some guests, I'm sure that ends up being three bottles of wine. This one was the furthest from our suite. Notice the Norwegian Pearl in the distance.
