The Nero Custom is a variant of the standard Nero base model. It can be customized at Benny's Original Motor Works.

The car is essentially a heavily modified variant of the Nero , featuring various racing modifications strongly based on the Bugatti Vision Gran Turismo. The Ford GT-inspired exhausts from the regular Nero are replaced by a quad-setup, similar to the ones found on the Pagani Huayra , while the stock spoiler may be a mix of the Bugatti and the Lamborghini Veneno. The front end is fitted with a CFRP splitter spanning the width of the car and supported by two small struts, as well as small canards on the outer edges and an orange racing tow hook below the grille. The bonnet area has been extensively modified with safety pins, a larger carbon-fibre panel and slatted intakes over the fenders. It has larger carbon-fibre skirts with small fins on either side, and the doors seem to have visible hinges and rear-vision cameras in place of standard mirror shells though they are not seen functioning in any way. The rear of the car is mostly identical in design and features quad exhaust tubes on the central panel, along with a manufacturer emblem on the passenger side. Again, its underside uses a CFRP plate covering the entirety of the vehicle, exposing the section around the rear axle.
