And we also know that All for one has a lie detector quirk that had stolen from one of Tsukauchi's ancestors. Considering these evidence we can assume that Naomasa Tsukauchi has a quirk that can "get the truth out from others" or simply "lie detection" quirk I sounded like a detective too there. Naomasa Tsukauchi is the eldest son of the Tsukauchi family. After his little sister, Makoto Tsukauchi , manifested her Polygraph Quirk for the first time, she kept asking Naomasa sometimes uncomfortable questions, to know if he was telling the truth or not. This bothered Naomasa and asked her sister to stop, although their mother asked him to just humor her. Years later, he joined the Police Force and became a detective. All these incidents are related to the use of the drug called Trigger , that boost an individual's Quirk, but turned into a villain instantly. The police managed to arrest several of these " Instant Villains " although, many of them were previously defeated by a local vigilante group known as Naruhata Vigilantes.

After accidentally learning about his weakened state, one of a very small amount of people who did at the time, he develops a close relationship with All Might, becoming a confidant they could provide for each other. He is shown to take his job and the law seriously, to the point that he helps All Might with the required paperwork upon his numerous hero accomplishments.

Naomasa is possibly quirkless as he never displays any time of super human power though his sister Makoto Tsukauchi does have a quirk, so it's possible he has one and simply does not use it.
