My Maps is a service through Google Maps that lets you use the Google Maps infrastructure to attach information to locations and create custom maps. Here, we'll explore some basic features of My Maps that you can use in any number of creative and practical ways. Google My Maps gives you access to Google Maps, as well as a lot of the information that you'll find when you use Google Maps. In many respects, it works like Google's other cloud-based authoring tools.
