After more than muley fanatic years of dedicated volunteer work as a chapter of the Mule Deer Foundation, muley fanatic, Sweetwater County locals Joshua Coursey and Joey Faigl have parted ways with the national organization and have established a wholly Wyoming foundation for mule deer. It really came down to just a couple of things. First and foremost was the recognition of the poor state of the Wyoming mule deer populations. Secondly was the remarkable amount of support we have experienced from the muley fanatic Wyoming community.

Coursey has two adult daughters Dallas and Mykenna and two adult step-children Brayden and Alexandra. Joey Faigl was born in Rock Springs, Wyoming and still resides there. He is a graduate of Rock Springs High School in Hired on with the Union Pacific Railroad in and was employed there for 16 years accomplishing great things in their safety program and achieving awards from Union Pacific and an overall award among all railroad companies, which was accepted in Washington DC.
