Christine Tran. Christine was born in Saigon and moved to Australia in at the age of 16 with her mother and brother. It was many years later that they were eventually joined by her father, and the family moved to East Keilor where her mother and father still reside. Christine later moved to Footscray where she first began her culinary journey. At the time, her boyfriend's family owned a pie business, so he was the first to teach Christine everything about pastry and baking.

There is meat, but there are also vegan options. We had a couple of rice paper rolls each, with tofu and with vegan lemon "chicken". Great value and great taste. They even Have tried various banh mi rolls around the hawthorn and Camberwell area and these are the best. Quite a few vegan options too. I always get the vegan chicken lemongrass which is packed full of flavour. Expect a little bit of a wait during lunch The line to order gives a taste of god things to come. Crusty rolls with generous toppings. The staff are fabulous, so friendly, despite the crowd. Bahn Mi's are made in front of you efficiently. Not impressed at all.
