The practice is based within a modern, clean, and well-equipped building, underpinned by the latest IT and communication systems such as text alerts and voice messaging technology, all designed to improve the efficiency of our patient care services. A General Practitioner GP is usually the first point of contact for general healthcare for NHS patients, calling upon an extensive knowledge of medical conditions to assess, diagnose, treat, and manage a health issue. Wherever possible we take the opportunity to prevent illness and not just treat it, promoting the best of health and well-being for all our patients. Convenient free car parking is available in Lawson Place and in front of the Community Centre.

If you reside within our practice area you can register with us. You can print off a new patient registration form , complete it and either send it to us via email to mfs. Please ensure you also complete all the new patient questionnaire section of the form pages 2 and 3 — this is because it can take some time for us to receive your medical records from your previous practice. To aid the registration process, please provide us with your NHS number if possible. If you do not know this, you can find it online here. If you wish to register to use our online services, you will need to complete an online services registration form and provide us with proof of ID.

The area directly in front of the main doors is for pick up and drop off only as this area is in constant use by emergency vehicles. If you require urgent medical advice outside surgery hours, please telephone or call in an emergency. Alternatively, try the Online service which is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
