Review: I brought my truck in to be diagnosed for a noise it was making when turning the vehicle. They diagnosed the vehicle and gave me 3 options for the problem. However, they believed strongly that it was the universal joint. I explained to them that I have been in this situation before with another car repair place. They say its one problem but after you perform the work and it isn't they diagnose it as a different problem and charge you for the misdiagnosis. He said that if they made a diagnosis that was incorrect I would not have to pay for its cost. Otherwise I would have gone somewhere else.
