Its a bit confusing. The sales guy at JB made Mobile Extras sound so much better obviously because of commission , but now looking at the product disclosure statement, the 2 year plan which I purchased doesn't sound any better than going direct through Apple. At least Applecare give you unlimited incidents whereas Mobile extras is 2 per year. Now that sounds too good to be true and I cant find anything in the product disclosure statement on this. This just doesn't sound right at all.
