This recipe is a great weeknight meal. Creamy pasta alfredo with pheasant comes together in just 30 minutes and only uses one pot.

I grew up eating the individually-packed chicken Kiev found in grocery store freezer aisles. I had very little to cook with, but felt inspired to use a pair of pheasant breasts, grapes, and a shallot. With those three ingredients and a pantry full of oils, herbs, stock and vinegar, I was able to create what has become one of my favorite dishes. The recipe below is relatively simple.
