Is the Mayab bus a better option if we are going to Croco Cun Zoo. I noticed somewhere is said it drops you at the entrance?? I avoid collectivosoften crowded and not very safe, in my opinion. Mayab are second class buses and will let you off and pick you up anywhere. For such a short trip, Mayab is ok. They leave from the ADO terminal in Cancun. We took a Mayab bus from Tulum to Chetumal. It did stop often, but, still was a nice bus. I have used collectivos in the past, but agree somewhat with Robert. Although i never felt unsafe, I did feel like they were designed to get the local folks to and from work, and they shouldn't have to be crowded in with a bunch of tourists.
