Manic the Hedgehog is a 15 years old 16 after Mobodoon year old mobian hedgehog in the animated series Sonic Underground. His singing voice is provided by Tyley Ross. Manic was still a baby when he was separated from his mother, Queen Aleena. The queen left Manic in a basket at a doorstep on one night, where a thief stole the basket which Manic was in and brought it to Farrel. Farrel raised Manic as a thief. One day, while Manic and Farrel were packing to leave the sewers, when Manic heard some music. Manic told Farrel that he would be back, as Manic went off to find where the music came from.

If you can help us with this wiki please sign up and help us! Manic the Hedgehog is one of the three main protagonists alongside Sonic and Sonia of the television series Sonic Underground. Manic's spikes are shaggier and similar to Sonic 's and Sonia 's, and he is green while Sonic is blue and Sonia is pink. He wears a red vest, black spiked wristbands, and an orange fanny-pack, which he seems to fit anything and everything in, from his drumsticks, to his lock picks, to whatever he steals due to living with thieves in his earlier life. He has brown eyes, and his left ear is pierced with two small gold loop earrings. Interestingly, his shoes bear a striking resemblance to those of Miles "Tails" Prower, who is absent from the series. Manic always addresses his mother as "Ma", though he referred to her as "Mother" twice in the episode "A Hedgehog's Home is Her Castle. In an alternate reality Manic is a member of The Royal Corrupts Hedgehogs with alternate Sonic and Manic and is a greedy member who only thinks in collecting taxes.
