Live PTR Comments Comment by Elireyn The fight bears similarities to the Bloodlord's previous incarnation in the raid instance. Mandokir, currently the second boss of Zul'Gurub after his resurrection, has moved to an arena-like floor before his older location. This is an accurate map pointing to his current location. On the borders of the arena, in which the fight takes place now, eight Chained Spirits are situated. Whenever a person in the group dies, the spirit will fly to the dead person and resurrect them with full health and mana, killing itself in the process. When the dead person comes back to life, they will receive a temporary empowerment. This mechanic is closely tied to another new Mandokir's ability - Decapitate. The Bloodlord will randomly charge people in the group, instantly killing them on the spot the tooltip of the ability says that it inflicts seventeen million Physical damage. This ability cannot be outranged, whether the target hugs the boss or is located on a distance, they will die regardless. The person who dies from Decapitate does not get durability damage.

Comment by Eudundy Wait, this guy violently decapitates people, and every time he does he gains more power? The bloodlord will stay on his place. Just press when he "watches" you. Just remember that the Spirit buff is stackable, I usually wait stacks of it before I use my cd's. We have moved to Warcraft Wiki. The ones below saying at around 25 seconds are 'wrong'. Bleg, I'm bored of writing, but I think I've told everything now Now get some distance one roll is fine, you just don't want him to accidentally hit you and break Zen and use Dampen Harm and Zen Meditation, and use the chi you built up from Keg Smash to Guard Not technically necessary, but helps reduce the damage further. The horrors that they inflicted upon me That's a tactic that works but still a few flaws in it from time to time since people get stuck in the spears, forget to jump, think he's on somebody else, Comment by Allakhazam Yup we noticed that too. Grats, mon! If you should die to Mandokir for whatever reason, it is often better to simply take the resurrection offered to you by the chained spirits unless told otherwise. Already tried also using a Shaman for this, hoping I can reincarnate before he resets the fight, unfortunately the option is grayed out because the Spirit is going to rez you. Heal as less people as possible. Edit: Someone below said that the crate of kidnapped puppies would work. Kill bloodlord. Years later Ohgan'aka , the daughter of Ohgan, retrieved Mandokir's skull from a skull pile at Bal'lal Ruins. Good luck! You can just kite him around, and dps the living jesus out of him. But if he gets to someone, he will 1 hit you to death. With each "level" he will hit harder and wipe aggro more often and be harder to get back.
