Madden 24 community files

I am looking for help or answers on as to why when I want to download community created files for legend rosters or new draft classes, I am constantly loading without ever getting to the menu for the madden 24 community files. Been trying to access community files all day. So sick of this bs.

I noticed it with the draft class community files in franchise mode but it does it with all the community files. December - last edited December. Anytime I try to get into community files, my game sits in a loading screen. Been this way since the game dropped. This version of the game has basically been ruined for me. No point in playing the game without draft classes.
