Loomians are unique, fictional, animal-like creatures that can be found throughout the Loomian Legacy series. They come in different types and are born with distinct kinds of power. Loomian Trainers capture, bond , and battle with them to learn more about these creatures while growing up alongside them. The following is a list of all the Loomian species that have been revealed so far. They are organized by the installment they are introduced in and sorted by the order they appear in the Loomipedia. Note: For Loomian species available in multiple areas, only the first accessible location with said Loomian available for encounter shall be displayed. If the Base Form Loomian can be caught or received as a gift, the Evolved and Final Forms shall only have their evolving methods shown, even if they can be encountered in the wild.

Loomian Legacy is a turn-based role-playing and adventure game released to the public on July 20, It was created by the development group Llama Train Studio. In the beginning of the game, the player is shown a cutscene in which their in-game father and another archeologist known as Derrick are investigating a mysterious stone tablet with runes on it. The runes then rearrange themselves and the tablet splits into pieces and flies away. The gameplay centers around the player finding these mysterious tablet pieces, which have the power to turn people and Loomians evil. During the game, the player is able to capture Loomians, fictional creatures that can battle other Loomians.

The next major update is set to include a PvP overhaul that will make PvP preparation easier and add Ranked mode to the Battle Colosseum , along with many other battle changes. Route 9 is expected to be a snowy route full of Ice-type Loomians. Finally, Raid Battles will become a permanent addition to the game sometime in the future, adding new Loomians, Soul Burst Crystal rewards and much more.
