My granddaughters loved the matching top and slacks. The tiered bellbottoms and ruffled top were a hit. They washed and dried well, and I would say were true to size. As an added bonus, I picked them up for a steal on sale! My daughter loves the twirl factor and that it has pockets. I wasn't to thrilled that the under layer is tulle. But overall a cute dress and came with a matching hair bow! I enjoy gifting matching ones to my granddaughters for special occasions.
