That's too bad it didn't live up to expectation. Definately looks like yours wasn't quite cooked properly. I assume they're using the same oven to cook the deep dish as the standard pie, and that's probably not a great set up. The guy from CHOW video's up on youtube had the same problem with his. I work there and the pepperoni's should have been spread out more, the cheese edge should have been a lot larger, and cooked longer. They are selling tremendously well at our store.
