Lich bane league

Lich Bane is designed to be a damage supplement for AP champs that incorporate basic attacks into their spell rotations, unlike Deathfire Grasp which is for champions who lich bane league to optimize their burst damage. This adjustment lets us take a look at mha r34 who traditionally depend on Lich Bane for their damage output. My question is weather or not it would be affected by spell vamp in those cases, and if Morde's q would have that damage be split or added to all targets, or would it only be on the primary target?
