Today, I want to share a personal ordeal that encapsulates the profound impact of poor customer service on one's overall experience. It's a narrative that resonates with many of us - the distress of grappling with inadequate service despite high expectations. Imagine this: on February 28th, , I eagerly awaited the arrival of my long-awaited Television and Washing Machine. However, what followed was not excitement but disappointment, as the promised installation failed to materialize. Despite numerous attempts to contact the service center, my pleas fell on deaf ears, leaving me feeling dejected and let down. In my endeavor to seek resolution, I resorted to emailing the service center, pouring out my deep dissatisfaction with their failure to address the installation issues promptly. I provided them with the complaint numbers for both the Television and Washing Machine, hoping for a swift resolution to my grievances.

LG Electronics India Pvt. We bought a really expensive 1. A few months later the AC stopped working and it took an entire month to get repaired. It was a train wreak of service. LG said to call local manager but she did nothing. I had to escalate the case 20 times!!!! I have never seen such horrible service in my entire life. We will never buy LG again in India. We need another AC but are going with a different brand. Refrigerator window not stick well I face so much problem but no one listen to me. I am unable to drink cold water all the things get oxidised what I can do wrost service and wrost quality ever I don't recommend any one to buy L. G product in future..
