There are several modulars on there, but this one looks so lovely. I like the colour blocking, height variation, shaping, and all the details in it. I hope that the building experience holds up to the aesthetics. I also very much like this, mainly for the different angle shape, I kind of wish the boutique hotel angle was more like this so it fits better in my street. Now starting to think that MOC instructions like this might be the future of my Lego collecting and can see the extra fun of figuring out which parts I need and adapting them.

Here is my latest and largest town MOC. I've loved the modular series ever since Cafe Corner and I've always wanted to do my own. I have tried a few times over the years, but they were never very good. This time, I designed the entire thing on Stud. This building takes inspiration from a building in my hometown, but I tried to make it its own thing. It was only later that I realized how similar the whole thing looked to the Town Hall set.

We've been here since Very nice design, excellent Service. Didn't built it yet, but building instructions are very convenient and clear, and it is even fun to look after the needed bricks. Very thorough instructions. I liked that you included the "how to" for the uploading of the parts list to BrickLink. I didn't need it but I appreciate it. I recommend these instructions. We regularly see each other at meetings and bring along a construction or two of our own. I am a personal fan of green, as you might tell from the flooring.
