Little awkward to see the negative comments. The only thing I get put back is the price, seems expensive compared to others. The reception was very kind, the spa itself is very clean and well kept, I didn't use the floating epsom bath or the sauna but they both looked really good. I got the best massage of my life and the whole vibe of the place was very relaxing. I'll be coming back for more! Excellent reception at the front, clean and a calming atmosphere. Only downside is that the place is small. When it was just me and my friend it felt intimate and cozy. When there was two other people there as well it felt crowded. Especially in the change room which contains the only shower that you use as part of the hot sauna cold shower circuit. I really wish there was a separate shower for the hot cold thermal circuit that was separate from the change room because it's so tiny in the change room.
