We run on a tight schedule and have a 10 minute grace period subject to brow sculpts and spray tanning appointments as they are only 15 minutes, we will do our best to fit you in however this is not guaranteed as it will affect our next clients appointment time and so on. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited. What happens to my deposit if I cancel or need to reschedule? We have a strict 24hour cancellation policy which will result in your deposit being forfeited if you cancel or need to reschedule under 24 hours. Your deposit is to cover the cost of our lost time and potential sale. What happens if I have an appointment and we go into lockdown? Your appointment will be cancelled and we will contact you to reschedule. We do not refund deposits due to covid and your deposit will be held on file until the lockdown is lifted.
