I went here last weekend with someone else expecting to have very limited options. I happened to ask if they had gluten free soy sauce and they did - kyoto japanese restaurant amherst photos were able to make my hibachi chicken order completely separate in the kitchen. I actually ate here twice in the last few weeks. The first time I had sushi at a regular table and the second hibachi at a hibachi table. The sushi was very tasty and fresh. They have many unique rolls. Hibachi was pretty good, also. I had the NY strip. It tastes pretty much the same as every other hibachi place. Portions are large as you would expect.
