Taking to his Instagram handle, Arora in his clarification video said that he had received a blackmail message, following which he also filed an FIR. Issuing clarification on the viral video, Sehaj Arora, the owner of Kulhad Pizza, said that AI artificial intelligence was used to morph the visuals. Requesting social media users to not circulate the video, Sehaj Arora said that the video is completely fake and was AI generated. Arora further informed that his wife, Gurpreet Kaur, gave birth to their baby because of which the investigation in the matter was delayed. However, I was preoccupied with other tasks, and the Police were unable to take further action.

The Jalandhar Police on Friday arrested a woman for sharing her ex-employer's private videos on social media after she was fired from a pizza shop. The pizza shop is run by an influencer couple from Jalandhar and the ex-employee had demanded Rs 20, as ransom for their video which had explicit content. The arrest was made after an FIR was registered on September 20 under Sections extortion and insult to a woman's modesty of the Indian Penal and relevant sections of the IT Act. The accused woman had created a fake account on Instagram and texted the owner of the pizza shop on September 7, demanding Rs 20, if he did not want the private video of him and his wife to be leaked. The woman sent a bank account number and gave a deadline for the money to be transferred to it. Police traced the bank account and arrested the woman on Friday. However, before police could arrest her, the private video of the couple who owns the pizza shop went viral on social media. On Thursday, the owner of the pizza shop said the viral video was fake and AI-generated.
