More than any other cuisine, sushi and sashimi benefits the most from being served fresh and made with high-quality ingredients. After winning over Sunnybank diners, the establishment has expanded closer to the city, bringing with it its impressive range of Japanese fare. The team sources the freshest fish possible from local markets, at any given time having seven kinds of fish on hand for its menu.
