Five phone calls in the past week and three voice messages and no one from the service team answers or returns a call. Also tried twice with one voice message two weeks before Christmas. Yesterday morning I explained this situation to the operator who answers the phone before transferring to the service team who said my details would be given to service manager for a return phone call within a few hours. And still nothing a day and a half later. I just wanted to book my car for a service, nothing hectic or difficult. I met Sun Heo when we arrived at the dealership and he has been incredibly helpful, from providing the initial quotes and information, all the way through to aftercare. Many thanks, Lucy.
