To get there, head due east at sea level from Lurelin Village, or paraglide down just to the south from the Muwo Jeem shrine on the region's nearby clifftop. The shrine itself is hidden, but the location of both the shrine and the quest to find it are fairly well-indicated: look for two glowing orange pads on the ground, in front of a small ruin.
Start Location: Speak with an NPC named Garini by a pair of glowing orange pedestals at the Plamorae Ruins, at the southern base of the tall cliff of Cape Cales directly north of the large, tail-like peninsula at the very southeastern end of the Faron Tower Region map. Once you have pictures of all three monument fragments, return to Garnin and show them to him. After a brief chat, move over to one of the pedestals and crouch on it. A scene will play and the Kah Yah Shrine will appear. Activate the pedestal by the door. This will activate it as a fast travel point and complete the associated Shrine Quest. Enter the Shrine.
