The population of this research, in which the correlational survey model was used, consisted of five years old children attending kindergartens affiliated to the Afyonkarahisar-Turkey provincial directorate of National Education in the academic year and preschool teachers. The sample of the study consisted of a total of children girls and boys determined by random sampling method, and 24 preschool teachers, consisting of 22 female and 2 male. It is thought that determining the relationship between teachers' classroom management skills and children's involvement levels will contribute to the literature in terms of improving the quality of interactions and learning processes in the classroom and creating effective learning environments. The model to be considered in the process of participation of children in the design of open public spaces and the methods to be followed are important for creating an efficient design process and livable spaces for children. For this reason, the complexity of the methods used in the child participation process, which is a complex structure, is often ignored when the participation process is planned. On the other hand, being able to create child-friendly open public spaces is directly related to the effectiveness of the chosen model and method in this process as it can be achieved with child participation. Within the scope of the study, what are the different child participation models and methods defined in the field of planning and design; what are the methods used in the participation of children in the design of open public spaces and how they are applied; what about the criteria for evaluating the effectiveness levels of child participation methods in open public space design and how these criteria are applied is the research sub-questions to replies. In the thesis study, participation description, child participation models, different child participation methods and efficiency evaluation criteria defined in the literature are examined in detail. Although there are different definitions of participation description, child participation in the true sense can be defined as involvement of children in decision making processes and intervention in decisions. In the children's participation models is emphasized that will increase the level of participation as children become more influential in decisions. Then, methods of evaluating the effectiveness in child participation were investigated and the evaluation criteria determined in the literature were discussed. Although there have been a number of studies in the literature on the evaluation of the pariticipation process in the review or a number of standards published by the institutions and institutions, it has been observed that clear approaches to evaluating the effectiveness of child participation methods have not been developed as a result of the literature review. After reviewing the literature, in this study identified a set of criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of the methods used in the open public space design process in which child participation was provided. These are the criteria accountability, access to resources, transparency, volunteering, child friendly, inclusiveness, stage of participation, design impact, decision impact and supported with education. In order to examine the methods of child participation used in practice, six examples of applications provided by children's participation were examined.

The sample of the research; constitutes totally sixty-one students, thirty students in the 6A branch and thirty one students in the 6C branch who formed the scope and entered the physical education and sports classes of the researcher. Between the two classes, simple random sampling method is used to determine the style of instruction A style from the commonly used teaching styles with the students in the classroom and the participation E style style with the students in the class. The students in both classes are given a course curriculum in physical education and sports courses for sixteen 16 weeks. The courses are arranged according to the style of style E style with the students in the 6A branch and the students in the 6C branch with the 6A branch determined by simple random sampling method.

In the study, data for the period was used to conduct the analysis. The financial variables considered consist of funds collected, funds disbursed, assets, equity, net profit for the period, return on assets ROA , return on equity ROE , number of personnel, number of branches, and non- performing loans. According to the results of the study, it was determined that Kuveyt Turk demonstrated the highest performance before and after the pandemic. Albaraka Turk, on the other hand, demonstrated the lowest performance and other participation banks indicated variability in their rankings.
