Frayed blade also works on a quality build very nicely as well as in 40 strength and 40 dex. On a quality build it has AR 2-handed, while on a 11 strength 80 dex build it has AR 2-handed. Reason I chose say 11 strength is due to that being the minimum strength needed to 1-hand it. Either work, though it depends on what other weapons you might want to use, since a quality build gives a lot more variety, while a dex build can make better use out of most curved swords, rapiers, daggers and other such weapons.
