The 6-foot-3, pound Curvey could play on either side of the ball as a Jayhawk, as he has been variously assessed as a prospective tight end, outside linebacker or edge rusher during his recruitment. I prefer the offensive side, but I feel like defense comes more natural. Curvey visited Lawrence over the summer for a camp, in November for the Sunflower Showdown and in December for the Border Showdown basketball game, per a recent interview with JayhawkSlant in which he said he was impressed by the atmospheres he witnessed.
