Visit this website. Most relevant. My 15 year old went in for a haircut at Just Cuts Woden and had a terrible experience. The stylist had her Airpods in her ears and did not listen to what he said. He specifically did not want a buzz cut and then she proceeded to give him a buzz cut. He was too surprised and embarrassed to speak up. He is so upset. If I could give zero stars I would.

They used to ask for my phone number, I'd decline - still OK they'd cut my hair. Called in today and they refused to cut my hair unless I gave them my number. I left and won't be back. Have always assumed they just want my number for marketing purposes - why else. Ridiculous that I need to give my phone number to get a haircut - from them anyway.
