Many of the comments on the thread suggest that some users have fitted the sprocket incorrectly which may account for some of the reported issues. When replacing sprockets you should always check for correct chain alignment before riding. The use of an alternative final drive gear ratio alters the relationship between engine revs and road speed and this can result in vibration being noticed at different specific road speed than present when using standard gearing. This may be a case of the meaning being lost in translation, and I wonder if they mean vibration? Whilst I can understand possible issues with chain alignment, wear rate, transmission noise, vibration and chain tension caused by a faulty front sprocket, I am unsure how any issue with a front countershaft sprocket could cause a motorcycle to wobble?
