Kim has the worst customer service I've ever experienced here. Also shouldn't be telling customers that she got cussed out by management for something that doesn't even pertain to the customers. I walked past her twice in store and not once did she look up and ask how I was doing or if I needed help looking for something. Wish I could give 0 stars. Very helpful, as always!!! Bummer they don't offer classes.
