Great place, has fantastic BBQ. Staff was polite and eager to serve. Atmosphere real homey. Family style seating. Also the gift options are a nice touch. We enjoyed our dinner very much. Great value and the portions are great. Loved the decor and service. Great addition to the neighborhood. Have ordered from this location for catering and have eaten inside the restaurant. Quality and service have been excellent for both. We are sorry to disappoint you "tastematters". We never boil our ribs. We use a combination of charcoal and applewood. They have several items on the menu marked gluten free. Their ribs and meats are fantastic! I personally love the ribs dry because they have so much flavor. They put something in the Cole slaw that gives it something extra and I love it. Make sure you tell them no biscuit. Staff not trained for celiac. May be safe for gluten intolerant but cross contaminations big risk.
