After a small amount of research, I didn't find any similar walkthrough online. My TJ's drivers seat foam has been getting uglier and uglier. There is a tear in the cloth, in a common spot where drivers would slide over to get in and out of the seat.

They re-did the foam in the seats at the same time, so you should be able to contact an upholstery shop that's local and they will do it for you. I would guess, due to age of the vehicle, that they'll likely just need to use the existing foam as a guide to make new. So much more comfortable without the sagging foam that was in there before.
