Hundreds of front-line healthcare staff at the Lake of the Woods District Hospital had a feast of authentic East Indian cuisine yesterday, thanks to the generosity of a local business owner and Council members. Jazz Virdi of KURRY brought in his family and Kenora Council members to help prepare a variety of dishes yesterday, before making the delivery to hungry healthcare workers at the hospital as a thank you to front-line staff who have served during the COVID pandemic.
