Diane, the Office Admin was extremely helpful We had a wonderful vacation day, and she called earlier than I had expected to tell me the job was done. Although the job is quite pricey for having a hitch done, it really was the only option I could find, and the experience turned out to be very positive I'd highly recommend them, as they had done other B's prior to mine.
