The students registered in formal education can join the mobility of High Education. The students who follow an open plan education or similar programs can not access this activity.

The primary objective of this program is to prepare participants who have completed their university education in a different field apart from Business Administration to take active part in major leading corporations and companies in business arena by helping to improve the abilities and qualities of participants in contemporary business topics and research, problem-solving, analytical thinking and effective and rational decision making. This program is offered to be completed in 3 semesters, consisting of total 36 credits. Applicants who graduated from an undergraduate program are accepted into the program according to their ranking of scores in the undergraduate GPA along with proficiency test and the interview within the limits of the yearly quota. The program is mainly conducted by lecturers of Istanbul University Faculty of Business Administration. Some other lecturers from other universities are also appointed to benefit from their research and expreiences.
